Snapdeal employee Dipti Sarna,missing from Ghaziabad,found in Panipat: family relieved

Ghaziabad,12/Friday/2016 (ITNN)>>>> 25-year-old Snapdeal employee who went missing after taking an autorickshaw from the metro station in Vaishali area in Ghaziabad,has been found and is back with her family. Dipti reached and is well. Thank the police of Ghaziabad to have helped us. She’s not in a position to say something now,” Narendra Sarna, Dipti’s father, told . Dipti Sarna, who has gone missing since Wednesday night, called up her family early morning, informed them that she is in Panipat, Haryana and asked her father to come to Delhi to pick her up.

Ms.Dipti spoke to her parents; soon to join them; we are eagerly awaiting for her return,” Dharmendra, SSP, Ghaziabad, had said early morning. Questions still persist as to how she reached Panipat. Ten teams of Ghaziabad Police were trying to trace Deepti Sarna, who works with Snapdeal in Gurgaon. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, had also instructed the Ghaziabad SSP to personally head the search operation.

On Wednesday night around 8.30 she became untraceable while travelling in an auto she had hired from outside Vaishali Metro Station. City SP Salman Taj Patil said that Deepti was on her way from Vaishali metro station to the old bus stand of Ghaziabad where her father Narendra Sarna, a resident of Kavi Nagar, was waiting to pick her up. Sarna told the police that when the auto crossed the Hindon river bridge, Deepti called him and gave him the location. She was also heard shouting at the auto driver for taking a wrong route, he said, adding thereafter her phone was switched off.
