Thane building collapse: Death toll goes up to 5, rescue ops on
Thane,The death toll in the building collapse in Thane district of Maharashtra has gone up to five while five people are still stuck under the debris. Ten people were injured in the incident. Heavy rainfall has been hampering rescue operations which are still on. "Since yesterday five dead bodies have been pulled out from the debris and 11 injured individuals were rescued. They have been sent to the nearby hospital.
Mumbai: Man poses as girl on Facebook,sodomises minor for 3 months
A man was on Monday arrested from suburban Kandivali here for allegedly sodomising a 15-year-old boy for about three months,police said. The arrested accused was identified as Milind Shetye (33),police said,adding that the accused allegedly committed the crime for about three months. According to police,posing as a girl,Shetye had uploaded a fake profile on Facebook and sent a friend request to the victim.

A 13-year-old student was killed allegedly by his schoolmates inside their school premises in Ahmednagar district for "staring at a girl", police said on Wednesday.
