General Motors India on Monday launched the new Chevrolet SAIL hatchback and sedan priced between Rs 4.41 lakh and Rs 7.64 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

Ford EcoSport launched in India
Global auto major Ford on Wednesday launched its new compact sports utility vehicle 'EcoSport'. The petrol variant of EcoSport is priced at Rs 5.59 lakh (entry level). The model will be available with three engine options of 1 litre petrol with Ecoboost technology, 1.5 litre petrol and 1.5 litre diesel engine.
Nissan India to recall 22,188 Micra and Sunny
Japanese carmaker Nissan Motor India has recalled 22,188 of its Micra hatchback and Sunny sedan produced at its Chennai plant to replace the master brake cylinder.
SCOOP! Skoda to discontinue Fabia in India
Skoda is all set to pull the plug on the Fabia and will stop selling its only hatchback in Indian the market. However, Skoda will finish assembling Fabia kits before stopping production and hence the Fabia will continue to be sold, possibly till the end this year, until stocks are exhausted.
Nissan Sunny automatic now on sale
Nissan has added an automatic variant to the Sunny line-up. The Sunny automatic is equipped with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) supplied by Nissan known as the X-Tronic CVT. It is the same gearbox that also does duty in the Renault Scala automatic.
